How to use the lab

Start with one decision. A parent choosing an interface needs a different comparison from a parent checking a signed-out television or reviewing browser permissions. Each report keeps those jobs separate and links back to its topic shelf.

Read the direct answer, then build the route row: device, viewing surface, and account state. Official documentation can establish a stated feature and supported route. It cannot prove that every alternate path is covered or that one balance of precision, privacy, and maintenance fits every child.

What this index does not claim

The reports are documentation reviews. They do not claim product purchases, laboratory testing, parent interviews, universal rankings, or prices that were not checked. Missing documentation is labeled unknown or unconfirmed instead of being turned into a negative product claim.

Each published route records its source check, humanization passes, final fact check, and final content hash. Corrections go to [email protected]. Include the page address, the disputed sentence, and a current official source when possible.
